Overlooking Turner park with a view of downtown Omaha, this renovation of an upper-floor residence focused on creating useful space out of inefficient circulation. With just a few modifications to the existing layout, the kitchen and living areas were enlarged without giving up storage space or usable area in the adjacent master suite. We chose to re-appropriate a portion of the kitchen backsplash for a large mirror which creates a window back into the living space, allowing the client to interact and entertain guests while seeing the Omaha skyline beyond.
